Most procedures require clinical implementation, and home remedies simply prolong the effect. In addition, programs often combine cosmetic care with hardware procedures and massage, which can only be provided by a qualified specialist.
When choosing care, it is important to take into account the type of skin. There are four of them in total:
- dry— skin with reduced sebum secretion and a lack of fats (lipids). Usually thin and matte, with imperceptible pores, uniform tone and without greasy shine;
- oily— skin with active sebaceous glands. Dense, with a greasy sheen in all areas, enlarged pores, prone to the appearance of black dots and inflammation;
normal— skin with moderate activity of the sebaceous glands. Matte, not dull, with small pores and a light sheen in the T-zone; - combined or mixed— leather with characteristics of different types. It can be normal-oily or normal-dry. In practice, this manifests itself in a strong or moderate shine in the T-zone and normal or dry skin in the cheeks.
It is not recommended to rush to sunbathe in a solarium or on the beach after the procedure for several days.
Also, 1-2 days should be refrained from visiting the gym and bath / sauna, so that all the active substances are properly absorbed.
